Tannis was born Nov 9th, 1931, in Enumclaw, Washington to Joseph Gallagher and Lucy Mae Edmunds and passed away on May 16th, 2026, at home in Bonney Lake, Washington. She was preceded in death by her husband Clyde Greenwood Sr. and is survived by her 3 children Clyde Greenwood Jr. (Kathy), Sue Bauman, and Paula De Neui. As well as 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Tannis spent her younger years riding motorcycles and traveling to the beach with her husband, family and friends. She was a founding member of the Bonney Lake Fire Bells and the Bonney Lake Tri-Lakes Women's Club. Through these organizations she made lifetime friendships. She retired from the Sumner School district and enjoyed her retirement traveling with her T.O.P.S. friends, collecting turtles and spending time with family and friends. In her later years she spent as much time as she could with her family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and friends.
