Stephen (Steve) Lee Hayes has passed from this world to join his mother and father for eternity on April 25, 2021, in his home in Bonney Lake, Washington. Steve was born at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, Washington on July 20, 1952. He lived all around the state as he followed his passion for mechanics and motorcycles. He lived with each of three sisters for a time. Steve realized a life-long dream when he graduated from Clover Park Technical College Mechanic Certification program. He often reminisced about his learning there and this was evident in his ability to fix just about anything. Steve is preceded by his mother, Shirley Mae Hayes Wilson and his father, Ronald Lee Hayes, his wife, Janet Hayes, and niece, Melissa Carr. Beloved by his family, he is remembered by his son, Ronald Lee Hayes, (wife Jenyka and daughter, Loralai); stepdaughters, Sarah and Jobina; his five sisters: Colleen Mary Hayes, Patricia Kelly Hayes, Pamela Jean (Hayes) Bailey and husband, Dale, Charlotte Sweet and Becky (Wilson) Townsley and husband, Jason, and many nephews and nieces.
