Phillip "LeRoy" Saiz was born August 11th, 1940, in Bloomfield, NM. Our beloved Dad, Grandpa, and "Papa" received his angel wings on March 2nd, 2022, at the age of 81.

Leroy is survived by his wife Joyce of 59 years. His Daughter Tina and Sons Timothy, John, Shawn, 12 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Karl, Gary, Kevin, Charles, and Sisters Lena, Patty, and Loretta. He is preceded in death by his parents Mary DeCosta and Casimiro Saiz, his daughter Teresa Kay and brothers Ed DeCosta, Ted Saiz, and Able Saiz.

A Celebration of LeRoy's Life to be held at Mud Mountain Dam in Enumclaw, WA on August 13th, 2022. Invitations to be sent by the family.
