Lois Roberta (Duncan) McClung was born September 24, 1930 In Carlton, Washington and died November 4, 2022 in Puyallup, Washington. She leaves behind her husband of 70 years, Raymond McClung , daughter Kathryn (Kevin Ellis) McClung, son Daniel (Andi) McClung, daughter Diane (Brad) Geyer, 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death is her son, James McClung. She graduated from Wenatchee High School and earned a full scholarship to attend St Elizabeth Hospital School of nursing. She worked as an RN for several years until she went back to school to become a bookkeeper. Her love of numbers led to volunteer work as a tax preparer at the Sumner Senior Center, love of playing bridge and a very successful investment strategy. Lois was a member of the Faith Covenant Church in Sumner for many years. She was a role model of healthy living, exercising her body through walking and water aerobics and her mind with reading and crossword puzzles. Her greatest joy was spending time with and caring for her family. The family will have a private graveside service. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Sumner Food Bank in her name.
