Georgie B. Cartwright August 10, 1934 – September 8, 2022 Born in Fort Scott, Kansas Came to Washington in the early 50s. Georgie has gone to join her father George, Mother Bonnie, brothers Bennie & Richard and beloved children Guy D. & Kelly. She is survived by son, Jesse (Karen) Stumpf, life partner of 38+years Dale Shaw, grand-daughter, Cathy Jo, Grandsons Jeff Callahan and Payden Stumpf, and 3 great-grandchildren. Georgie enjoyed bowling, playing cards – especially cribbage. Se taught us to play as a way to help with our math. In her younger days she was a avid shuffleboard player. Cooking for other brought her so much joy. At Thanksgiving all were welcome, family and friends. The more the merrier. Georgie and Dale enjoyed building and make things without patterns. She even designed a rain coat and hat for their dogs Gunner and Paws. A celebration of life will be held September 24th from Noon – 4p.m. at Jesse's home.
