Antonio Eli-Manley Elkins (Tony) was born August 7, 1987 and passed away August 30, 2021. He leaves behind his mother, Pamela Boullion Elkins, sister, Tizziana Elkins Sivitilli, brother, Keith Elkins Jr, niece, Samantha Elkins, nephews, Kasen Sivitilli and Brayden Sivitilli.

He was preceded in death by his father, Keith Elkins. He will forever live in our hearts and missed beyond words. Tony graduated from Green River Community College in 2014 with a degree in welding. He was an amazing photographer and spent many hours working on his cars and at the track, racing. Tony was the guy that was always there for people when they needed a friend. He was also the guy who faced many issues alone, but still would do anything to see someone else smile. If he was wrenching with friends, racing cars on the track or grabbing a picture at sunset, he always gave his all. He was an amazing man and will be missed by all the lives he touched.
