Alice Ann McPike was born in Ontario, Oregon to Harry Charles and Mary Alice Gibbons McPike.

Alice is survived by her sister Mary Christine McPike, brother Martin Evan McPike, niece Teresa Ann Jensen and her spouse Jason, and great-nephew Liam Evan Jensen.

Alice Ann is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: William G. and H. Roger McPike; her spouse of 33 years, Ewing A. Scott; and her companion of many years, Jerry B. Kaufman.

Alice Ann retired from the Pierce County Library System in 2000.

Alice was a member of two local Red Hat groups, but preferred reading quietly with at least one cat purring on her lap.

There will be no services. Alice will be interred with her parents in Idaho at a later date.
